Iron Bonehead Productions, in conspiracy with Parasitic Records, is proud to present Weregoat's highly anticipated debut album, Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication, on vinyl LP and cassette tape formats. Fellow conspirator Vault Of Dried Bones will handle the album's CD edition.
Revered as one of the cultest names in the modern bestial metal scene, since their formation in 2009, WEREGOAT have become the penultimate extreme of total and utter BESTIAL fucking METAL: literally, sonic bestiality incarnate. Their Parasitic-released Unholy Exaltation of Fullmoon Perversity 12" introduced them in 2011 with a nuclear-powered bang, showing obeisance to the ancient ways but brimming with a disgusting 'n' debaucherous personality, and the IRON BONEHEAD-released Slave Bitch to the Black Ram Master 12" in 2013 upped the extremity stakes even further. Alas, now arrives what will be the most gutted 'n' godless WEREGOAT statement yet: Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication.
As a debut album, Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication embodies everything in that's endeared WEREGOAT to diehards worldwide - gibbering intensity, gnawing simplicity, a catchiness that's nothing short of filthy, frequent probing of the corners of chaos - but here, both the production and performances have been stretched to a sterling, unsurpassable limit. The mania with which WEREGOAT whip forth their foul fury befuddles comprehension; many bands dance around the idea of "ritual" - every fucking show now is called exactly that - but the trio sound truly possessed here. Likewise, no amount of nuance or nous is spared in the recording, as each detail across Pestilential Rites of Infernal Fornication is rendered in molten, mesmerizingly 3D tones; that very ritual surrounds you from all sides, and there is no escape. Altogether, the album becomes both the musical incarnation of its desecrating cover and a further, forever-endless defilement of it: the beast of WEREGOAT has arisen to stalk its prey and slake its salacious appetite.

Six doomed years in creation since their debut LP 'Despond', Nashville, Tennessee melancholic death/funeral doom metal band LOSS have completed work on their new LP 'Horizonless', one of the most anticipated death/doom metal releases of the year set for release on May 19th on CD/2xLP/Digital.
Traveling further into the void and beyond the realms of hopelessness and despondency 'Horizonless' is a journey destitute of all hope and redemption, one where heartbreak, total death and never ending despair triumphs.
Produced and engineered by Billy Anderson in the band’s hometown of Music City itself, resulting in LOSS’ most majestic sounding work to date, 'Horizonless' forges the LOSS’ sound tapestry into a realm more immense and dynamic; heavier, darker, more melancholic, and sorrowful. Where 'Despond' laid down that foundation that gave LOSS the reputation as the saddest and bleakest band in the death/doom metal scene, 'Horizonless' forges that funeral deathmarch onwards even moreso towards ruin, decay, and utter oblivion.
Featuring guest vocals from Wrest of LEVIATHAN, Stevie Floyd of Taurus/Dark Castle and Billy Anderson on the closing track “When Death Is All” and featuring artwork from Adam Burke of Nightjar Illustration, track listing for 'Horizonless'” goes as follows:
The Joy Of All Who Sorrow

Peaceville Records are set to release a vinyl series of the entire early works of Greek black metal legends Rotting Christ, commencing with the 1993 genre classic, ‘Thy Mighty Contract’, which is set for release on April 21st, including an 8 page booklet with extensive thoughts and recollections from co-founder and mainman Sakis Tolis with Dayal Patterson, including rare images. Also due for release will be follow up album ‘Non Serviam’, the band’s debut EP, ‘Passage to Arcturo’. A compilation of Rotting Christ’s demos & other early rarities will be released by the label throughout 2017.
On the build up to Rotting Christ’s 30th anniversary, Peaceville will finally release a special commemorative set in late 2017 featuring all of the aforementioned releases and more, along with a special 92-page book with text penned by UK-based Cult Never Dies author Dayal Patterson, documenting the classic years of the band and their rise to prominence in the black metal scene, recounted in the words of the members themselves, plus others connected with the scene.
Sakis comments: “We are truly honoured to present our early works on Peaceville, as we approach 30 years of Rotting Christ. These releases will cover the whole early years of the band, & the evolution of our eternal black abyssic cult. Support!”
Rotting Christ formed in 1988, with their early demo recordings containing strong grindcore elements as the band quickly evolved their style into something altogether darker. Spearheaded by brothers Sakis & Themis Tolis, Rotting Christ have remained one of the strongest and most respected forces in the black metal scene since their debut release ‘Passage of Arcturo’. Their legacy towards greatness was cemented even further by the genre classic follow-up ‘Thy Mighty Contract’, helping to firmly establish the Greek scene as being among the most essential black metal movements of the early 90’s.
With a clear distinction between their sound and what was appearing in Scandinavia at the time, Rotting Christ were highly influential & revered for forging their own sound while retaining the rawness of the old-school masters such as Celtic Frost and Venom.
